These terms govern your use of marinjects.com (the “Site”) operated by Mar Injects. Injectable and related aesthetic services are performed by Marijke Helm, RN, at a private home practice: 14 Sackville St, Toronto, ON M1S 3E5. This is not a commercial clinic or studio facility.

Not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions about procedures are made in person after assessment. If you have an emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Eligibility and conduct

You must provide accurate information when booking or contacting us. Services may be declined if candidacy, safety, or scheduling requirements are not met. You agree not to misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt it or access data unlawfully).

Appointments, fees, and cancellations

Appointment times, pricing, deposits, and cancellation policies are communicated at booking or by the practice. Late arrivals or missed appointments may be subject to the practice’s policy. Nothing on the Site guarantees availability of a specific time or treatment until confirmed.

Intellectual property

Text, images, branding, and design on the Site are owned by Mar Injects or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mar Injects and Marijke Helm are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. For claims relating to clinical services, applicable professional and legal standards apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
